When should I expect a reply?

Soon, but we will not put a number on it. The form lands with a small team in Edinburgh, not a queue. Every message is read by a person and answered by hand. Privacy and data requests have a separate timeline set by UK GDPR, set out in the data deletion question below.

Do you offer phone support?

Not by design. Phone queues add friction and ambient noise, both of which work against the audience Accruva is built for. Email gives us the room to read carefully and reply with the right answer the first time.

I want my data deleted. Where do I write?

Email privacy@accruva.app with the subject “Data deletion”. We acknowledge within 72 hours and complete the deletion within one month. Full detail sits in the privacy notice.

I found a bug. What helps the most?

A short description of what you were doing, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot or screen recording if the bug is visual. Your device model and Android or iOS version if you have them to hand.

Can I suggest a feature?

Yes. Every suggestion is read. We cannot promise a build date, but ideas that match what the audience needs do find their way onto the roadmap.
